Rates

Angie only provides private-pay services.

*For those potential clients for whom cost is prohibitive Angie reserves a few 'pay what you can' spots in order to serve more people. Please contact Angie directly to discuss financial arrangements.

Forms of payment

All major credit cards, health savings accounts, and flexible spending accounts are accepted and all payments are done through the client portal. I do not accept cash, checks, or virtual payments such as Venmo or PayPal. Payment is due at the time of services.

Insurance

Angie does not take insurance, but you might be reimbursed for the cost of your sessions through your out-of-network insurance benefits. All clients are automatically sent a "superbill" on the 10th of each month. Please contact your insurance provider for more information on your out-of-network benefits and reimbursement.

No Surprises Act

Under the law, health care providers need to give clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service, or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, or how to dispute a bill, see your Estimate, or visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises
